Prescription Lenses

Whether you wear single vision, bifocals or progressive lenses these can be made into prescription sunglass lenses.

Tints

Tint do not protect your eyes from the UV and UVB rays they simply make seeing in bright conditions comfortable. Tints are available in may colour and densities, samples are instore for you to try. Fashionable colours and graduated tints are also available. If you are happy with the original colour of the sunglass lenses we can simply copy the look.

UV Protective Coating

A UV protective coating is a clear coating that protects your eyes and surrounding area by blocking out the harmful UVA and UVB sunrays.
To much exposure to UV light can cause eye damage, such as cataracts and Pteryguims which can hamper clear vision.
This clear coating is often included on clear spectacles to maximise sun protection.

Polarising

Polarising is an extra filter designed to take the reflection off surfaces that reflect a large amount of light such as road or water surfaces. A demonstration of the difference a polarised lens can make to your vision is available in store. Brown Polarised Lenses are ideal for fresh water activities Grey Polarised Lenses are ideal for seawater activities A Polarising filter is available with all the different lens types and includes the tint and UV Coating
