30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your
spectacle choice within 30 days of your purchase you
can exchange, once. If the value is greater you will
only be charged the difference, if the value is
less, no refunds are given. To exchange, your
frames, lenses and case need to be in their original
condition.
30 Day Lens Warranty
If you have difficulties getting used
to your new prescription lenses we will exchange
them for alternatives. In some cases this exchange
may require a different lens type, where the value
is different from your original lenses. If the value
is greater you will only be charged the difference,
if the value is less, no refunds are given.
A condition of this warranty is that
you must have a current See and Save Prescription. |
2 Month Multi-Focal Lens Warranty
If you are a multi-focal wearer it
may take up to 2 weeks before you are fully
comfortable with these lenses. After this period of
wear, if you cannot get along with you multi-focals
we can exchange them for Bifocal, Extended Reading
or Single Vision Lenses. This is at no extra charge
to you, however no refunds are given for the price
difference.
12 Month Fault and Defects Warranty
If your spectacles or sunglasses have
a fault or defect we will replace or repair for a
one year period from the date of purchase. Excludes
sale items and general wear and tear.
6 Month Accidental Breakage Warranty
If you should accidentally break you
spectacles with 6 months from purchase we will
replace them at half the normal retail price. This
warranty excludes scratched lenses and items
purchased on sale. |
